Removing "digitized by microsoft " watermark

guys,

I think I found a method to remove this God Damn watermark !It’s a simple trick ,so simple indeed .In the PDF ,when you find "digitized by MS "then all we can do is to insert our own image in the footer .The image to be inserted should be a white black image of any size .Acrobat allows this process ,more over you can adjust the location of the image you insert to make it completely above the ms watermark .You insert the image in the footer as a water mark ;)if you have any djvu ,then convert it to pdf then repeat the procedure .

المحكمة طالبت بتقديم جدواه الاقتصادية:: الحكم النهائي فى وقف تصدير الغاز المصرى لإسرائيل 27 فبراير

حددت المحكمة الإدارية العليا جلسة 27 فبراير/شباط للنطق بالحكم فى الطعن المقدم من الحكومة على الحكم السابق إصداره من محكمة القضاء الإدارى بوقف تصدير الغاز المصرى إلى إسرائيل بأسعار تفضيلية.

وطالب رئيس المحكمة المستشار محمد الحسينى رئيس مجلس الدولة السبت وزارة البترول وهيئة قضايا الدولة بتقديم التقارير والمستندات الرسمية حول حقيقة تصدير الغاز المصرى لإسرائيل بأسعار تفضيلية تقل عن سعر التصدير العالمى، موضحا أن المحكمة لا تعول على ما يرد بالصحف ووسائل الإعلام من معلومات، غير أنها -أى المحكمة- فى ذات الوقت تنتظر من الحكومة تقديم الحقائق المؤكدة التى تفيد الجدوى الاقتصادية من تصدير الغاز إلى الدولة العبرية من عدمه.
وعقب محامو الحكومة على كلام رئيس المحكمة بالقول إن ما ينشر بالصحف لا يصلح أن يكون سندا يعتد به من قبل المحكمة، مشيرا إلى أن الحكومة قدمت فى جلسات سابقة تقارير رسمية ومعتمدة من جهات رسمية عدة فى هذا الشأن وأنه لا يوجد ما يستجد لتقديمه، فيما قال مقيمو الدعوى إن الغاز المصرى لابد أن يوجه إلى الكادحين من أبناء وفقراء مصر بدلا من توجيهه لإسرائيل، معربين عن اعتراضهم على تصدير الغاز المصرى كلية.
ومن المقرر أن يكون الحكم الصادر من المحكمة لا رجعة فيه وغير قابل للطعن أو الاستئناف بأية صورة من الصور.

كانت دائرة فحص الطعون بالمحكمة الإدارية العليا قد سبق لها وأن قضت بوقف تنفيذ حكم محكمة القضاء الإدارى وقررت إحالة الطعن لهيئة مفوضى الدولة لإعداد تقرير بالرأى القانونى فيه والذى جاء مضمونه مؤيدا لحكم محكمة القضاء الإدارى وذلك فى الطعن المقام من هيئة قضايا الدولة على حكم القضاء الإدارى الصادر فى 18 نوفمبر من العام الماضى والذى قضت فيه المحكمة بوقف قرار بيع الغاز المصرى إلى إسرائيل بأسعار تفضيلية متدنية تقل عن الأسعار العالمية وقيمتها السوقية.

وسبق لهيئة قضايا الدولة وأن أشارت فى طعنها على حكم القضاء الإدارى إلى أنه ليس هناك علاقة تعاقدية بين دولة مصر ودولة إسرائيل بشأن تصدير الغاز الطبيعى وإنما العلاقة التعاقدية بين الشركة المصرية القابضة للغازات والهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وشركة شرق البحر المتوسط للغاز ومن ثم تخرج هذه العلاقة عن دائرة اختصاص القضاء الإدارى باعتبار أنها علاقة تعاقدية تجارية بحتة مما كان يتعين معه القضاء بعدم الاختصاص أما وقد ذهب الحكم فيه إلى غير ذلك فإنه يكون قد اعتوره عوار قانونى يتعين معه وقف تنفيذه.

وأكدت هيئة قضايا الدولة أن الحكم المطعون عليه سيترتب على تنفيذه أضرار جسيمة يتعذر تداركها مشيرة إلى أن البترول أو الغاز الطبيعى المستخرج من الأراضى المصرية هو نتاج اتفاقيات بترولية صادرة بقوانين من السلطة التشريعية تعطى الحق للهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وللشركات المختلفة فى البحث عن البترول واستغلاله.

وأوضحت هيئة قضايا الدولة فى طعنها على حكم القضاء الإدارى أن المختص بتحديد أسعار الغاز هو أهل الخبرة فى شئون تصديره وأنه كان ينبغى على محكمة القضاء الإدارى الاستعانة بهم ليوضحوا رأيهم بهذا الشأن خاصة وأنه من المستقر علميا استحالة تخزين الغاز لفترات طويلة.

وأضافت أنه لا توجد مستودعات كافية لاستيعاب كميات إضافية من الغاز نظرا للتكلفة المرتفعة لتخزينه ومحدودية السوق العالمى له مؤكدة أن الدولة ستتكبد خسائر فادحة يصعب تداركها نتيجة فقدان كميات كبيرة من الغاز فى حال إيقاف تنفيذ القرار الذى يسمح ببيع الغاز لإسرائيل بالسعر المتفق عليه.

HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT

The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington

chemistry mid term.
The answer by one student was so ‘profound’ that the professor shared
it
with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have
the pleasure of enjoying it as well :
Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic
(absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle’s Law (gas
cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we
need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at
which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul
gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for
how many souls are entering Hell, let’s look at the different religions
that exist in the world today.
Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their
religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these
religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can
project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are,
we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now,
we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle’s Law
states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the
same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.
This gives two possibilities:
1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls
enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until
all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in
Hell,then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.
So which is it?
If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year
that, ‘It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,’ and take
into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two
must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already
frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen
over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore,
extinct……leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a
divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting ‘Oh my
God.’
