Alaa Seif Abd El Fattah is an Egyptian blogger and political activist , he refused to be prosecuted under military and emergency law . When the General asked him to answer the questions , Alaa said that he has no right in asking him and he was arrested for 15 days ! Protesters were in the streets demanding that Alaa must be out , the military police arrested some of them ! The military court said that Alaa was inciting against the army in the maspero battle between the army and the copts . The maspero battle as a lot of people know , was the battle where the army killed 23 people ( mainly Copts and some Muslims) because they were protesting against the destruction of a church in upper Egypt .
