After the change in the phone codes in Egypt , everyone os wondering who to change their contacts easily and smoothly without doing a lot of hand work .
In fact the most apparent answer to this question is to change them manually if you have 50 or 40 contacts , I mean to add the new phone codes manually by you or hire someone to do that for you !
however there is an indirect way to do it yet it is easy, here it is
1- Connect your phone to your PC via the USB Cable
2- Then open the sofware that comes with your mobile brand ( PC suite for Nokia as an example)
3- Now click on the dictionary-like icon in PC suite this should gives something like what is below
4- click in any while space click and then press ctrl+a to select all contacts
5- Now go to your desktop and create a folder and rename it to ” My contacts “
6- Now press on any white space and then press ctrl+V to paste all contacts from your phone to your desktop folder this should appears like this
7-Now go to start menu and select your Microsoft outlook to open it ( install it if you don’t have it ) and click on contacts
8- This will open this window
9- Now go back to your folder you have just created ” my contacts” then copy all of them ( by select all ) then go to the contacts window in the outlook press in the white space then press paste ( ctrl+v) or alternatively you can go to file/open/ import then import all of the contacts to outlook
10- Now go to this site http://www.zabbathom.com/ and download their software for outlook , then install it.
11- open it , should seem something like this
12- press on the outlook icon , a window will appear converting all the numbers , after it finished press ok .
13-go back to outlook contact window ( in step 8 ) press ctrl+a then paste them in the another folder call it ” contacts modified”
14- you can go back to the pc suite application and paste the new contacts , and congratulations you DID IT
